Poshfest 2018 was amazing! Held in Dallas, Texas on October the 12th and the 13th (Friday and Saturday). It was during the middle of winter but held in Texas, so aside from the rain on Day 2 the weather was pretty nice. As usual I decided to dress up each day

Posh n' Sip

Before Poshfest I went to a Posh n' Sip (my first one ever). I didn't know what to expect or how to dress so I just kept it pretty casual... well at least casual for me, which may or may not have involved a pair of 5 inch velvet creepers (who knows though). I wore a pair of lacy shorts paired with a simple black sleeveless bodysuit and a leather jacket. I added on some purple velvet creepers (because they were practically yelling at me to wear them) and added a simple black clutch purse.

Day 1

For day one of Poshfest I decided to do a business casual look with fa bit of flair. The highlight of my outfit were my gray high waist gingham pants with ruffles on the bottom. I paired it with a black sleeveless crop top and an oversized blazer to keep it more business appropriate. My last few additions were a pair of black pointy toe booties with a lucite heel and a black structured purse. Side note: Coincidentally I ran into someone who was wearing a similar outfit to mine so of course I asked to get a picture together! (Shout out to Nick, @nicho_wasko on PM and @18andthrift on IG, for having impeccable taste!)

Day 2

The second day I decided to switch it up a little and give off a different vibe, wearing leather on leather. I wore leather high waist shorts with a cream bodysuit. I paired that with a faux leather jacket and the same black lucite heels that I wore the previous day. The last little addition was a bright red purse.

Posh Party

For the party I decided once again to go all out. I wore a black lacy, see through body suit paired with a see through maxi skirt. I put on a black pencil skirt underneath so that I could still be modest. The outfit itself was okay but I knew that I wanted something bold that would stand out against all of the black. That's where my bright red spiked Jeffrey Campbell Platforms came in to play! They were the real star of the show and I got a lot of compliments on them!

All in all I think that it was a pretty successful weekend of great outfits. Look down below to see more pictures!
